Braithwaite
village is two miles from Keswick and twelve miles from
Cockermouth. Braithwaite Farm B&B is on the outskirts of
the village near to the sports fields and tennis courts with
spectacular
views towards Skiddaw and the Northern fells.
From the M6 motorway: Take Junction 40 (Penrith) and head on
the A66 towards Keswick and West Cumbria. Go past the first turning
for Keswick and straight over the roundabout. After three miles
you will see signs for Braithwaite village and Whinlatter. Go
past the first turning into the village and continue for 200
yards where you will see the village hall, sports fields and
tennis courts on your right.
Turn right immediately after the village hall (Braithwaite Institute),
continue down the driveway for 100 yards then bear right towards
a row of four houses. Braithwaite Farm B&B is the end property.
There is private parking beside the house.
